FUN THINGS
When tired, yes.
My first pumping experience really was a lot like this
We might be motivated enough to hit some national parks in CA eventually. We’ve done the redwoods but never Yosemite.
DIY canvas photos. I’m not sure I love this. Seems like the reason to use canvas is for the texture? I might try it to make a collage though.

The article on weight hit me hard. I am way overweight and have lost weight twice and need to again, but I have rarely, if ever, thought of the impact of nation or company wide diet “contests” on those who have bulimia or anorexia! How awful for those who are struggling with these conditions.

For me, I was lucky, they slept thru most of the nite and then I took my father’s advice when they were slightly older and gave them about a quarter teaspoon of cereal mixed with water at bedtime -their last night feeding and they slept til 5 or 6 am.
I had not specifically thought about the struggles of those with eating disorders but that article really brought it home.
Thanks for the thoughts, i look forward the the day ze sleeps more and well!
