I haven’t had suicidal thoughts in a while but I know they could easily come again. This list of things to do when they come on seems like a good action plan: small relatively manageable actions.
So I have a list of things I have to do whenever I have suicidal thoughts. I think some people might find it helpful if they find themselves in a similar position. It’s not exhaustive, or applicable to everyone, but it’s helped me through some very dark days, here we go: 🧵
